No, full payment is required at the time of the booking, however be sure to review our cancellation policy just in case you can't keep to your session time.
Each booking gives you exclusive access to the entire studio, including all pods, furniture, decor and equipment, as well as a setup allowance for up to 3 additional people for support.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring any additional equipment or props that you need for your session.
Each booking allows up to 3 additional people (for support, guests, or co-creators) to accompany you. For larger groups, please contact us for details.
Not at this time, but you are allowed 3 additional guests in your session to assist you with set up, recording, and other support you may need to have a great session.
Food and drinks generally turn into spills and clean up; therefore we are only allowing water and small snacks inside of the studio, which we stock for our guests.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.
Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
We understand that things happen! However, your booking time begins promptly at the scheduled start. If you’re late, we may not be able to extend your session as there may be a guest booked after your session.
Refunds are not provided for early departures, so please plan to use your entire booked time.
