Do I need a large following to join SIS?

Not necessarily. We focus on engagement, content quality, and audience alignment rather than just follower count. Even micro and nano influencers can secure brand deals through our agency.

How are influencers paid?

Payment varies by campaign. SIS works with flat-rate fees, commission-based earnings, affiliate programs, and brand partnerships. Payments are typically processed within Net 30 days after content approval.

Do I have to sign a contract to work with SIS?

Yes, all influencers sign an agreement outlining payment terms, deliverables, content usage rights, and FTC compliance. This protects both creators and brands.

Can I still work with other brands outside of SIS?

Yes, unless you sign an exclusive partnership agreement for a specific campaign. Otherwise, influencers are free to work with other brands independently.

What happens if I don’t deliver content on time?

Timely delivery is critical. Late submissions or missed deadlines may result in payment reductions, contract termination, or removal from our roster.

What is The Social Influencer Sphere?

The Social Influencer Sphere, located in Newport News, VA is a luxury content creator studio designed for social media influencers and creators in influencer marketing, included photographers and podcasters. We offer various themed pods, flexible booking options, and professional setups for high-quality content.

Where is The Social Influencer Sphere located?

We are located  in Newport News, VA. You’ll find our studio nestled in a almost hidden location, with parking available.

What are the studio’s hours of operation?

We’re open daily including weekends. Please check our booking calendar for available times.

Who can use the studio?

Our studio is perfect for influencers, photographers, videographers, podcasters, and any creators looking for a stylish space to elevate their content.  


The studio is also available for small events of 12 or fewer guests. 

How do I book a session?

You can easily book online right here.  Just choose your preferred date and time, select a package, and follow the steps to confirm your booking.

What is the minimum booking time?

We have a 2-hour minimum booking requirement to ensure that you have enough time to make the most of your session.

What are the studio rates?

Our standard rate is $125 per hour, with  discounts available for longer bookings. You can view full pricing details on our Rates page.

Do you offer memberships or packages?

Yes! We have membership packages designed for creators who want regular access. Check out our Membership page for more details.

Can I book the studio for a full day?

Absolutely! We offer full-day and extended full-day bookings with discounted rates for longer sessions. Full details can be found on our Rates page.

Do you require a deposit?

No, full payment is required at the time of the booking, however be sure to review our cancellation policy just in case you can't keep to your session time.

What does my booking include?

Each booking gives you exclusive access to the entire studio, including all pods, furniture, decor and equipment, as well as a setup allowance for up to 3 additional people for support.

What kinds of equipment are available?

We offer professional lighting, tripods, microphones, and more. 

Can I bring my own props or equipment?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring any additional equipment or props that you need for your session.

Is there a limit on the number of people I can bring?

Each booking allows up to 3 additional people (for support, guests, or co-creators) to accompany you. For larger groups, please contact us for details.

Do you offer assistance with setup or styling?

Not at this time, but you are allowed 3 additional guests in your session to assist you with set up, recording, and other support you may need to have a great session.

Are food and drinks allowed in the studio?

Food and drinks generally turn into spills and clean up; therefore we are only allowing water and small snacks inside of the studio, which we stock for our guests.

What is your cancellation policy?

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.
Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

What happens if I’m late for my booking?

We understand that things happen! However, your booking time begins promptly at the scheduled start. If you’re late, we may not be able to extend your session as there may be a guest booked after your session.

Are refunds available if I need to end my session early?

Refunds are not provided for early departures, so please plan to use your entire booked time.

Can I book the studio for a private event or workshop?

Yes! We offer private event rentals and workshops. Contact us for custom packages and rates for events.

Do you host special events or themed sessions?

Yes, we occasionally host exclusive events and themed sessions. Keep an eye on our social media and website for announcements.
