At The Social Influencer Sphere, we believe in providing creators with a truly exclusive experience. For the affordable rental rate of just $125 per hour (standard rate), you and up to three guests will have private access to the entire studio, with every luxurious pod and setup exclusively at your disposal. Whether you’re filming solo, collaborating with a support team, or recording a podcast with guests, our space is fully yours to create, collaborate, and capture content in a high-end, distraction-free environment.
Standard - $95 per hour
- Standard Rate (3-hour minimum): $190 for 2 hours
- Extended Rate (4 hours): $85 per hour
- Full Day (8 hours): $75 per hour
Weekend Premium Rates
- Weekend Rate (2-hour minimum): $275 for 2 hours
- Weekend Extended Rate (4+ hours): $500
- Full Day Weekend (8 hours): $850
Monthly Membership
- Basic Creator Pass (8 hours/month): $800
- Pro Creator Pass (16 hours/month): $1,500
- Unlimited Access Pass (Unlimited weekday off-peak access): $2,500

1-Day Event Mon-Fri
2 hour: $400
4 hours: $600
8 hours: $1200
2-Day Events Mon-Fri
2 - 4 hour days: 1200
2 - 8 hour days: $2000
Weekend Events
3 hour event - $900
6 hour event - $1500
Please note - only special event foods (ie birthday cakes, muffins, snacks) are allowed in our Newport News studio.
