For couples who want a little more magic, The Evermore Experience offers a 2-hour celebration featuring everything from The Promise Package plus a beautifully arranged charcuterie board to enjoy after your ceremony. 


Take a moment for your first dance as newlyweds, relax with a toast, and savor the memories being made surrounded by your closest family and friends. 


Optional Outdoor Patio
Extend your celebration under the open sky with optional use of our outdoor patio. Perfect for sharing your first toast as newlyweds, enjoying a few more photos in natural light, or simply soaking in the moment with your guests. Available weather permitting.

Our most luxurious option, The Forever & A Day Package is crafted for couples who want to turn their intimate wedding into an unforgettable evening. 


This 3-hour experience includes everything from The Evermore Experience, plus exclusive use of our outdoor patio for a private dinner or small reception. 


Share your first dance under the open sky, toast to forever, and savor a relaxed evening surrounded by the people who matter most.


Couples choosing this package are welcome to bring in prepared food from a licensed caterer of their choice to enjoy with their guests. Please note: no onsite cooking is permitted.


This package is always scheduled as the final wedding of the day to capture the magic of the evening glow.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many guests can we invite?

Our packages are designed for up to 8 guests, including the bride and groom. Our outdoor patio comfortably seats up to 8 people. If you plan to enjoy a meal on the patio, you may invite up to 6 guests to join you. If you are bringing your own officiant and/or photographer who will also be staying for the meal, please be sure to include them in your guest count. If you’d like to add a few more, just let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate depending on space and package selected.

Can we bring our own officiant?

Absolutely. An officiant is included with every package, but if you prefer to bring your own, you're welcome to do so. Just let us know when you book!

Can we bring our own photographer?

Yes. If you would like professional photos of your ceremony or celebration, you will need to arrange and bring your own photographer. The studio does not provide photography services, but we offer several beautifully styled spaces perfect for capturing your special moments.

How early can we arrive before our booking?

You may arrive up to 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. This helps us keep everything running smoothly for you and other couples celebrating their special day.

Can we avoid seeing each other before the ceremony?

Yes! We have private spaces available where you can get dressed and wait separately if you prefer not to see each other before your ceremony. Just keep in mind that your booking time includes all preparations, so please plan accordingly. You may arrive up to 10 minutes before your scheduled start time, and all activities (including dressing, photos, and celebrations) must be completed within your reserved window.

Is music provided?

Soft, pre-selected wedding music is included with every package to create the perfect backdrop for your ceremony and first dance.

What happens if it rains and we booked the outdoor patio?

If the weather doesn't cooperate, no worries — your celebration will still be beautiful indoors. The outdoor patio is always offered as an optional bonus when weather permits.

Can we customize the packages?

Our packages are thoughtfully designed to keep your experience simple and stress-free. However, if you have special requests, let’s chat! We’ll do our best to personalize small touches where possible.

What kind of cake is included?

Each package includes a full-size, one-layer cake — simply decorated in a classic white-on-white style and topped with a charming “Mr. & Mrs.” detail. It’s the perfect centerpiece for your first toast and sweet celebration as newlyweds. If you prefer to bring your own custom cake, you’re more than welcome to!

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for spring and summer weekends. Select weekday and weekend dates are available.

Do you offer a payment plan?

At this time, payment is due in full at the time of booking to reserve your date.

Is there parking available?

Yes, complimentary parking is available onsite for you and your guests.

Studio Policy for Weddings/Vow Renewals

  • Packages are offered as complete experiences; no discounts are given for outside officiants, cakes, champagne, or other substitutions.
     
  • Clients may arrive up to 10 minutes before their scheduled booking time; all activities (including dressing, ceremony, and photos) must be completed within the reserved window.
     
  • Outside food and beverages are only permitted for The Forever & A Day Package and must be provided by a licensed caterer. No onsite cooking is allowed.
     
  • Outdoor patio usage is available weather permitting; in the case of rain, celebrations will be held indoors without refund.
     
  • Clients are responsible for removing all personal belongings, décor, and outside food items and leaving the studio in reasonably clean condition at the end of their rental time. *A cleaning fee may apply if significant additional cleaning is required beyond normal event use.
