Creator and Brand Dispute Resolution Policy

The Social Influencer Sphere (SIS) is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and professional experience for both creators and brands. This policy outlines the steps for resolving disputes related to content deliverables, payments, or contractual obligations.

Scope of Disputes Covered

This policy applies to conflicts between creators and brands under SIS management, including but not limited to:

  • Content Disputes: Brand dissatisfaction with the quality, accuracy, or compliance of influencer-created content.
  • Payment Issues: Late, missing, or disputed payments for services rendered.
  • Missed Deliverables: Failure to meet agreed-upon content deadlines or contract requirements.
  • Breach of Contract: Violations of campaign terms, exclusivity agreements, or content usage rights.

Resolution Process

Step 1: Initial Communication & Attempted Resolution

  • The concerned party (brand or creator) must submit a written complaint to SIS within 72 hours of the issue arising.
  • SIS will facilitate direct communication between both parties to reach a mutual resolution within five (5) business days.
  • If the dispute is content-related, SIS may allow the creator one (1) revision opportunity to correct issues within the campaign’s scope.

Step 2: Formal Mediation by SIS

  • If the dispute remains unresolved, SIS will step in as a neutral mediator and conduct a formal review of the issue.
  • SIS will evaluate:
    • The original agreement/contract terms.
    • Screenshots, emails, and documentation provided by both parties.
    • Any proof of completed work or failure to deliver.
  • SIS will propose a fair resolution, which may include:
    • Content modifications or resubmission.
    • Partial or full payment adjustments.
    • Termination of the contract without further obligations.

Step 3: Final Decision & Enforcement

  • If no agreement is reached, SIS will make a final decision within ten (10) business days based on contract terms and evidence.
  • Both parties must adhere to the final resolution outlined by SIS.
  • Failure to comply may result in legal action, termination from future collaborations, or financial penalties as per contract terms.

Payment Dispute Resolution

  • For Creators: Payment is only issued for content that meets campaign requirements. If a brand disputes content quality, SIS will review before authorizing payment.
  • For Brands: Full or partial refunds will only be considered if a creator fails to meet agreed-upon deliverables and SIS confirms non-compliance.

Prohibited Actions During Disputes

  • No public complaints: Brands and creators may not post negative content about the other party during a dispute.
  • No direct brand-influencer financial negotiations: Payments must be processed through SIS to maintain financial integrity.
  • No unauthorized content removal: Unless authorized by SIS, creators may not delete sponsored posts that are contractually required.

Termination & Future Work Restrictions

  • Creators who repeatedly fail to meet deadlines or follow brand guidelines may be removed from the SIS roster.
  • Brands with a pattern of late payments or unfair demands may be blacklisted from SIS services.
  • SIS reserves the right to reject future collaborations with any party that repeatedly violates this policy.
